A very important part of a healthy lifestyle is exercise. Every time I exercise I feel great afterwards; so, why do I dread it so? For me, it's just hard getting started and once it's a part of my routine, then I enjoy it. However, sometimes I just need some encouragement. Recently, I found a FOUR WEEK WALKING PLAN on the Amercian Heart Association's website. I have decided that I will start this walking plan on March 1st. I am sure most of you are already consistently exercising, however if you are not, I invite you to start this plan with me. Together, maybe we can encourage each other to "walk" towards a healthier lifestyle. Remember, with Christ, we can do ALL things, because HE will give us the strength. (Philippians 4:13) Press on!
