Press On Wednesday: On a Journey

Today, I want to encourage us all to press on towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  Recently I was reminded that a healthy lifestyle is not a quick trip, but a lifelong journey.  Many fad diets get temporary results but they don't last.  If you start eating healthy for 4 weeks and then stop, your body only returns to the condition it was in before. Pursuing health needs to be a lifelong journey, not just temporary. With that being said, if you mess up and make a bad food choice or skip exercise, don't beat yourself up, just start fresh the next day.  Keep on keeping on!

Each time He said:, "My grace is all you need.  My power works best in weakness."  So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
