Press On Wednesday

Can you think of ONE thing you can do today to improve your health?  Sometimes we get so overwhelmed and stressed by our daily lives that healthy choices are the last thing we want to worry about. Today, I want to encourage you to do ONE thing to move you towards a healthy lifestyle.  Here are a few ideas:
1. Take a walk
2.  Drink only water after lunch
3.  Make it a sugar-free day
4.  Skip the bread today
5.  Eat fresh fruit
6.  Do stretches
7.  Chew sugar-free gum
These ideas may sound simple, however if one little step at a time you could implement them as a part of your lifestyle; you would see a huge difference.
Another thing, remember , our Spiritual health is the most important and affects everything else.  I want to encourage you to talk to God about your health; seek His wisdom.  I want to end today with scripture to "chew" on:
Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail, they are new every morning, great is His faithfulness. I say to myself, The Lord is my PORTION; therefore I will wait for Him.  Lamentations 3:22-24
